What’s Covered?

Our product’s should last a dog’s lifetime with normal use. This means that we will replace and/or refund any product at any stage that is proven to be faulty due to a manufacturing or material fault.

Limitations

This lifetime guarantee does not cover:

• External damage if the item is allowed to be chewed, stepped on, or in any way damaged, modified or disassembled 
• Improper use or misuse of the product
• The tag loop on the Adventure Collar is designed to come off if pulled hard against something as a safety measure to avoid neck injuries or fatalities from ID tags catching. This is an exception to the guarantee as it is not an item fault
• The black plating on the metal hardware is not covered under our guarantee. We use a method that ensures slow and minimal changes over time, but this is something that will inevitably lose its colour over time. This does not impact the use, strength or safety of the hardware
• Electrical items
• Toy damage from teeth, chewing, claws etc. Only manufacturing faults are claimable
• Products purchased second-hand
• Any colour or fabric changes due to incorrect care. Please see our care instructions here
